ZhanZhuang QiGong: Inner Balance

The most powerful and transformative practice you could wish for to improve the quality of your life. Learn the posture that contains all the postures of the universe. Learn to ground yourself, connect with your Qi, and flow with the natural rhythms of your body and mind.

Davide De Santis began studying this method in 1998, becoming a student of Wang YuFang, daughter of the founder of Yi Quan, the great master Wang Xiangzhai. After Wang YuFang’s passing, Davide continued his training with several other students of Wang Xiangzhai, including Yu YongNian, Bai JinJia, and Han.

He later focused on the third generation of practitioners, deepening his studies with the children and students of Yao ZongXun (one of Wang Xiangzhai’s most accomplished disciples). Among them were Guo GuiZhe, Cui RuiBing, Xue, Sui YunMing, and the twin brothers Yao ChengGuan and Yao ChengRong, with whom he also collaborated for several years.
